You can rest assured that any information you submit to us will not be misused, abused or sold to any other parties. We only use your personal information to complete your order. We have made every effort to display the information of our products that appear at the Site as accurately as possible.

Prices shown on our web store are in Indonesia Rupiahs (IDR) and United State Dollar (USD)
Prices are subjected to changes. We have the right to adjust prices from time to time. If for some reason there may have been a price mistake, SARESTUDIO.COM has the right to not process your order.
You agree that you will be responsible for your activity in this web store. If we notice that you are or have been related to prohibited activities or violated our Terms and Conditions, we may deny you access to this web store on a temporary or permanent basis. If you violate Terms and Conditions and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights in any other situation where you violate the Terms and Conditions.
We are not responsible for losses not caused by our faults or indirect losses caused by a shipping company or force major. We will be responsible for your losses only if we violate our Terms and Conditions.
You agree to compensate us fully, defend us and hold us SARE/ studio harmless immediately on demand, its directors and officers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any violation of the Terms and Conditions by you including the use by any other persons accessing this Site using your internet account caused by your action or inaction.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
These are the terms and conditions of our agreement which apply to all purchases of products by you from SARESTUDIO.COM and you should read them carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.
You can submit an order for products to SARESTUDIO.COM by completing the details required on the order summary page and clicking the “Place Order” button. All prices are reflected in IDR or USD and include VAT where applicable, excluding delivery and handling fee to locations in Indonesia. Goods supplied are not for resale. We are under no obligation to accept your order, but would normally do so where the product is available, the order reflects current pricing.
The availabilities of our products are as displayed on the details of the product. Please note that items in your shopping bag are not reserved as products in high demand may sell out really quickly. You have to proceed to checkout and place your order to make sure your order is processed.
Make sure you check your order before confirming it. You cannot add more items to your shopping bag ONCE you have checked them out. We cannot modify/add the products for you.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email shortly after we receive it and at that point, a binding agreement between us will be in place on these terms and conditions. If we do not accept your order for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it (or if a supplementary delivery charge applies), we will email you to advise you of the change. You will then need to resubmit your order.
Payment can be done through two methods. First, via bank transfer (only for Indonesian account holder). Bank transfer details are below:

You need to confirm your payment on our website to validate your order.
You can also use a credit card (Master Card and VISA via Midtrans). Confirm payment is not needed for this method.
For standard delivery, we will charge your account for payment at the time that the order is dispatched for delivery to you. We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorized access to any information you provide via such link. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will let you know. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any).
The order is final once payment is made. It is advised to keep your transaction proof, just in case.
If payment has not been made 1x24 hour, your order will be automatically canceled and you will have to resubmit your order. You will be sent an email of your invoice once your payment has been successfully processed. Max. 1 day after you make your payment.
Our main currency on the website is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
For US$: Simply choose USD on the currency conversion button on the bottom right corner of our website. The easiest payment method internationally is a credit card. However, due to the Indonesian government's e-commerce transaction policy, your USD order will be charged in IDR. You can simply choose this option during checkout and we'll send an invoice out directly in US$!
Domestic: We ship nationwide using SiCepat (www.sicepat.com) courier service from Jakarta,
International: We ship overseas with DHL (www.dhl.com) from Jakarta, Indonesia. All in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours with trackable Express shipping, which will take 4-6 days before it arrives on your doorstep. We currently offer a flat $20 / IDR 320,000 shipping worldwide.
When placing your order, please take into consideration that we ship orders from Monday to Friday at 5 PM. Payment confirmation received after 5 PM or on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day. We will ship your purchased item(s) once we have received the confirmation of your payment. Please kindly note we are unable to ship if problems occurred regarding the payment. You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
CUSTOM & IMPORT DUTIES
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we are not in control of this as customs charges are subject to your local government.
RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may exchange the items within 7 business days after the date of delivery. Your purchase should be in an unused condition and all the tags still intact if shown otherwise, we will not accept your exchange. Only 1 exchange is permitted after the original order has been placed. This applies to all orders through www.SARESTUDIO.COM.
These exchange policies are not applied to Sale items. All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We have a strict NO RETURN policy as we have performed elaborate quality control of all of our products before we deliver them to our customers. However, if there’s a defect found or if we have sent the wrong products and we have no more stock on the right products, you may also return the products. We will give you a full refund.

HOW TO ORDER
Browse our products by clicking SHOP located on the header of our web store. Click the “ QUICK VIEW” button or the item’s name you wish to purchase for more detailed information.
Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, specify the amount you want, and click the “ADD TO CART” button. You will be directed to your shopping cart. If you wish to continue browsing our products, click "CONTINUE SHOPPING".
You can remove the item(s) you do not wish to check out by clicking "REMOVE FROM CART" or if you wish to remove all the items inside your shopping cart, simply click "CLEAR SHOPPING CART"
If you have finished reviewing the list of item(s) that you have selected to purchase, click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT". Product availability is not guaranteed before you confirm your order.
For return customers, you would be asked to sign in before you can process your order furthermore. For new customers, simply click on "REGISTER" to create your account.
Choose and Review your address, shipping method, and payment method. After you have made sure every detail needed is correct, click “PLACE ORDER” to finalize your order.

An Order Confirmation page will be generated, together with your order ID. Details of your order confirmation, payment confirmation, and delivery confirmation will be sent to your registered email or can be viewed in your account in the Order History.
MY ORDER ID
ORDER ID is a random digits reference number that will be generated after you submit your order. You will need your ORDER ID to confirm your payment and to check your order status.
REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT
You need to register for an account to checkout your order. It will not only facilitate you in placing your orders but also give you more benefits such as receiving newsletters, updates, and special offers from us. It is important that you provide current, detailed, and accurate information to us on your account.
You can create an account first, or you can start shopping straight away and set your account later when you proceed to checkout, whichever ways you find convenient. Just follow the easy steps on the screen.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details if your order is successfully placed. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam/junk filter or contact us for confirmation. MODIFY AND CANCEL ORDER
We are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. Please review your order before confirming it. Once payment is received, we cannot cancel your order as it is final and has already been processed for delivery.
